Experience
Antonia is trained as a dharma teacher, clinical psychologist, and mental health specialist. She leads meditation retreats, teaches, and supports students internationally. Her life experience and long-term interest in dharma, psychology, and the application of meditation to support inner awakening has led to her passion for bridging worlds: dharma and psychology; wisdom traditions and contemporary science.
